Initial Contact

Whether our first connection is by phone call or email, we will always take the time to discuss your renovation, what you hope to achieve, and to schedule an in person consultation.

Vision

Once an on-site meeting is complete and we have understood your renovation goals, we can move forward. We can review your plans if you already have a great design, or provide interior design and engineering consultation to create the scope of work required to achieve your project expectations.

Proposal

With your vision in mind, our estimator will review your architectural plans and the scope of work to create an accurate budget, and we will develop a construction schedule and timeline for your project. We will then create a proposal for your review, that will incorporate your architectural tastes and renovation budget.

Quotation & Contact

Once the construction proposal has been finalized, we will develop a detailed quotation for your project. We will then provide you with a written contract to approve before the project will commence.

Construction

REVISION will manage the construction of your project using only our preferred list of quality subcontractors to ensure the highest quality workmanship is achieved. We will ensure that all required permits and inspections will be completed throughout the project delivery.

Inspection

Once we have successfully completed your project, we will walk through your renovation with you to make sure that the scope of work has been completed accurately and that the workmanship has met all of your expectations. We will remain available to you to address any concerns or issues that may present themselves.
